For questions about Get Artcraft, email zhenyufang162@gmail.com. This address is for this independently operated website: its tool directory, page content, accessibility, hosted editor links, privacy information, and reports about site errors. You can also use it to point out an incorrect description or a broken link to an upstream release.

To help us understand a problem, include the page URL, the tool name if relevant, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If the problem depends on your device or browser, including their names and versions may help. Please do not email passwords, payment details, private documents, or copies of creative work that you do not wish to share. A brief description is usually enough to begin.

Editor and project questions

The creative editors linked here are made by the ArtCraft team at Storytold. Get Artcraft is not their official support channel. Feature requests, file compatibility questions, and bugs in an editor's own controls are best sent to that editor's linked GitHub repository. The source and release links on each tool page help you find the right project and identify the version hosted here.

If your question concerns the official ArtCraft project or its community, use the contact information on the official ArtCraft site. Sending a message to this website does not send it to the ArtCraft team.
